Peter Kui, Realtor/Broker
RESULTS WITH SERVICE AND INTEGRITY. Peter views his role as a Realtor as a provider of good service and sound real estate advice. He is known for the dedication, integrity and best-in-class service he brings to each transaction.

Peter specializes in sales in the San Francisco Bay area, particularly Danville, San Ramon, Dublin and Walnut Creek. Rather than focus on location or price range, he is more concerned with protecting his clients’ best interests.

Raised in Southern California, Peter is originally from Hong Kong and speaks fluent Cantonese. He graduated from UC Berkeley with Computer Science degree and fell in love with the San Francisco Bay Area, making Saratoga his home in 1999 then moved to Danville.

Peter got his real estate license in 2005 and is a consistent RE/MAX Platinum Club member. He also holds his broker’s license and other prestigious designations (see full list below) that set him apart in his expertise. His firsthand experience as an investor in rental properties further benefits his clients.

Prior to real estate, Peter was an executive in the technology industries at top firms like Citibank, Disney and Microsoft. His skills enable him to negotiate strategically to get clients the best value and results.

Married for 30 years, Peter raised his kids in the local schools and has a Miniature Labradoodle. He enjoys playing golf, hiking, and the Hawaiian Islands. You may even see him with a Hawaiian shirt on at one of his open houses!
